EXPERT – 2nd Virtual Progress Meeting

From 16-17 November 2020, the EXPERT consortium gathered virtually for its 2nd progress meeting. Even though the consortium was not able to meet in person due to COVID-19, the meeting was still a great opportunity to discuss the progress of the project one year after its kick-off and to get an overview on how the partners and their project activities were affected by the pandemic.

The different partner institutions gave a detailed update on their work, presented achievements and addressed challenges as well as upcoming activities. The consortium was joined by Anna-Pia Papageorgiou from the European Commission, who gave an overview about the EU’s upcoming framework programme Horizon Europe and provided useful advice regarding ongoing developments.

In the following weeks, there will be several meetings of working groups to discuss the upcoming steps in the project plan.
